The dealer is asking for estimate charges as I have denied the repairs post estimate creation. Are these charges legitimate?
Dealer is within their rights to ask for estimate charges as per the terms and conditions of the service agreement. These charges are approved by Honda Cars & are taken by the dealerships for the time and efforts required for the creation of an estimate.
